Part 4: Cretaceous Cassowary

So it wasn't going to be long until we discussed something on this blog that is from Australia, When people think of animals from Australia they think of giant arachnids, huge saltwater crocodiles and kangaroos. As cool as those are there is an animal from Australia that does in fact live up to its nickname "murderbirds". The Cassowary is unbelievably cool looking having large crests at the top of their heads and multiple pigments around the face and neck, then jet black for the rest of the body. Is exactly what it would be like to be a fish or a crab in tropical waters.

So you're probably thinking, I found this amazing website about animals and natural phenomenon. But who the HELL made it. Thats me! I'm a zoology student in university.  I have two years left of my degree but I want to kick start my zoologist career and start teaching people about animals NOW! Ever since I was a young lad (5 or 6) I've always claimed I was going to be a Zookeeper, over the years that changed to zoologist however I do intend to work in a zoo at some point.
